The Luxury Awakening. Key Biscayne is one of Argentina’s most prestigious menswear brands, yet its digital presence was virtually non-existent. The challenge was to build a digital soul from scratch. I led a radical transformation, evolving the brand’s image to meet the standards of international luxury houses. By redesigning their entire digital strategy and visual narrative, we shifted the brand’s internal culture, turning a traditional business into a digital-first powerhouse.

High-End Performance. The visual concept was centered on 'Elevated Sophistication'. We developed an interface that mirrors the exclusivity of their physical boutiques—clean, bold, and unapologetically premium. The focus was on high-fidelity visual storytelling and a seamless shopping experience that justifies the brand’s high-end positioning, ensuring that every digital interaction feels like a luxury concierge service.
Mindset Transformation. Beyond the interface, the real success was the impact on the business. By implementing a high-conversion eCommerce architecture and a world-class aesthetic, we achieved a massive increase in sales and a complete shift in the brand’s market perception. Key Biscayne is now a digital leader in the luxury sector, proving that a strong visual identity is the ultimate engine for commercial growth.
